The University of Minnesota is an asset to our state, and selection to their Board of Regents should not be a partisan process. Unfortunately, it appears partisan politics is delaying the legislature’s ability to fill four Regents vacancies. The U deserves a full leadership team, and we encourage the House of Representatives to join the Senate in a Joint Convention to select Regents.
