MnDOT is considering shifting more Corridors of Commerce money to metro area road projects at the expense of Greater Minnesota, violating years of historical precedent. I am strongly opposed to this idea, as I made clear to Commissioner Zelle in recent letter. The traditional 50-50 funding split between metro and rural projects should be maintained.
